Job Title: Deburr Technician (Temp-to-Hire)
Pay: $20 – $25 per hour
Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Deburr Technician to join our client’s team. In this role, you will remove sharp edges from machined parts using various methods while ensuring parts meet quality and blueprint specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Deburr, file, sand, grind, bead blast, and polish machined parts.
- Use hand and power tools to finish and assemble components.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Follow blueprints and work instructions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years deburring experience with pneumatic/hand tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass FAA/DOT drug & alcohol testing.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable working with machines and shop tools.
