Location: Santa Clarita, CA
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Job Overview:
Seeking 5 Call Center Customer Service Representatives. This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a background in retail, fast food, or similar industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle 70-100 inbound calls daily, assisting customers with inquiries and orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for each caller.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet company standards and expectations.
Requirements:
- Customer service-oriented mindset – this is a top priority.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment.
- Previous experience in retail, food service, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Dress Code:

- Slacks and a professional top.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
