Company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our aerospace manufacturing team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate movement, storage, and documentation of materials. The ideal candidate will have recent hands-on experience in shipping and receiving, strong computer skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.
Key Responsibilities

Perform daily shipping and receiving tasks, including verification of incoming materials, documentation, labeling, and preparation of outgoing shipments.

Handle and process all materials

Accurately pick, pack, stage, and distribute materials to production and inventory locations.

Maintain inventory accuracy through proper transactions within the company’s computer systems (ERP/MRP).

Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, and other tools as required.

Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas at all times.

Communicate effectively with internal teams including production, quality, and procurement.
Required Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of recent experience in material handling, warehouse operations, shipping, or receiving.

Must be able to meet ITAR compliance requirements, which include being a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b).

Proficiency with computers and common software systems; experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

English-speaking proficiency required to ensure safe work practices, accurate documentation, and effective communication.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation practices.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Will require standing, bending, lifting, and moving materials throughout the shift.
