RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment such as, pumps, compressors, conveyors, and other machinery.

Investigate equipment failures and diagnose root causes to prevent recurrence.

Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and records.

Conduct facility inspections to identify issues related to safety, efficiency, or building integrity.

Assist with general building maintenance including carpentry, painting, and minor repairs.
- Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems, including routine inspections and replacement of worn components.
Skills & Competencies

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Physical ability to lift up to 50+ lbs, and perform work in various environments
