ACCOUINTING CLERK WITH FAA REPAIR STATION EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare detailed customer quotes for landing gear overhaul, component repair, and related services, including teardown/inspection, repair limits, reassembly, testing, and return-to-service activities.
- Analyze work scopes, CMMs, SBs, ADs, engineering repairs, and customer-specific requirements to ensure accurate pricing.
- Validate costs for outside processing, including heat treat, chrome plating, cadmium plating, shot peening, and specialized NDT.
- Prepare accurate and timeresply invoices upon completion of landing gear or component overhaul.
- Close work orders for Landing Gear and Components
- Ensure invoices align with approved quotes, customer purchase orders, contracts, and post-teardown authorizations.
- Coordinate resolution of billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
- Maintain documentation to support traceability, cost justification, and billing transparency.
- Provide accurate financial and job cost records as requested.
- Support Sales and Customer Service in responding to quote clarifications and billing inquiries.
