Job Full Description
SAMPLE COORDINATOR NEEDED IMMEDIATELY
- Coordinator duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of processing and monitoring incoming and outgoing samples, and securing documentation is sent to both sales team and customers alike.
- Verify and post sample entries.
- Monitor and help resolve sample inventory discrepancies, update customer records, and generate or close sample invoices.
- Work to ensure product is in stock or on order. Communicating with both internal staff, sales team, and customers is a major component of this position.
- Someone with experience in Shipping and Receiving & Customer Service is required for the Sample Coordinator position.
- Must be great at communicating, with experience in preparing shipments and all that entails, to be a great fit.
