Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Schedule: Monday – Friday

Job Overview:
Our client, a distributor of medical supplies and instruments, is seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative with a strong “go-getter” attitude. This role focuses on selling and upselling medical instruments while maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring orders are processed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and upsell medical instruments and supplies to existing and potential customers
- Maintain regular communication with customers via phone and email
- Follow up on quotes, orders, and customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Track and manage sales activities and customer information
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively recommend solutions
- Stay organized while managing multiple customer accounts and requests
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of Inside Sales experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a proactive, “go-getter” attitude
- Comfortable working on a computer and managing emails throughout the day
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
