Shipping & Receiving Logistics duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of processing and monitoring incoming and outgoing shipments, and securing shipping documentation is sent to both accounting and customers alike using computer skills for this. Verify and post receivers. Monitor and help update customer service on receiving and generate labels and shipping paperwork. Communicate with both internal staff, sales team, and carriers is a major component of this position.
- Warehouse experience
- Shipping & Receiving
- Freight & Logistics Coordinating
- Create BOL – Domestic/International *not required but a definite plus
- Work with UPS & FedEx – Air/Land *not required but a definite plus
- Forklift Operator *CERTIFIED a plus
- Good with details
- Team player
