- 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience
- Must have experience in MedTech or Capital Equipment. Experience in Channel/Distributor marketing is highly preferred
- Proven ability to translate complex clinical/scientific data into compelling commercial value propositions
- Full understanding of how to market through distribution and direct sales channels
- Advanced analytical skills with CRM (HubSpot) and ERP integration
- Proficient in leveraging AI platforms for workflow optimization and content scaling
- As well as Proficient with creative software, such as Photoshop, Monday.com, Trello, Illustrator, PowerPoint, etc.
- Superior presentation skills with the ability to influence at the Executive Committee level
- A key decision-making skill that will streamline projects from start to finish
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable leading in an "empowered" environment with limited supervision
- Prior experience working closely with Sales to support lead generation, pipeline development, or sales enablement
- Experience collaborating with teams and operational leadership
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Demonstrated ability to work both strategically and hands-on, moving from planning to execution
- Previous experience supervising staff and providing day-to-day direction to vendors, agencies, or cross-functional teams required
- Ability to function effectively in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 10%) to support trade shows and site visits
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer and standard office equipmenT
- Correctable vision and hearing sufficient to perform job duties
