ABOUT US
Express Employment Professionals in Yuba City is currently recruiting Office Manager candidates for a family-owned agricultural company in Colusa County. This is a long-term, full-time position that offers a wide range of employee benefits including health insurance, a retirement plan, and paid vacation time. The Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining a pleasant and productive work environment. The Office Manager's duties and responsibilities include handling all company bookkeeping, assisting with employee payroll, scheduling meetings and appointments, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support to our employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing company bookkeeping - including bank reconciliations, accounts payable & receivable
- Assist with employee payroll
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Partners with management to update and maintain office policies as necessary
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease
- Provide general support to employees
- Strong organization skills and excellent written skills
- Address employees’ inquiries regarding office management issues
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred in:
- Business Administration
- Accounting
- QuickBooks knowledge mandatory
- Basic understanding of Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite and 365
- Experience can be substituted for education
COMPENSATION
