Heavy Equipment Operator – Construction Site Support in the Yuba-Sutter Area
Express Employment Professionals is seeking Heavy Equipment Operators for a reputable construction company in the Colusa County area. This is a great opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience operating machinery who are looking for steady, long-term work in a safety-first, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:

Operate small to mid-sized mobile equipment including skid steers, backhoes, water trucks, and man lifts.

Conduct safety inspections and complete equipment checklists prior to use.

Follow all company safety procedures and participate in site safety protocols.

Maintain organized documentation and coordinate with site teams on work planning.

Perform general site support including cleanup and material handling when needed.
Requirements:

At least 1-2 year of experience operating construction or heavy equipment (preferred).

Familiarity with job site safety practices and confined space awareness.

Ability to read basic measuring tools and follow work instructions.

Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and dusty conditions.

Availability to work day shift consistently.
