Maintain productive relationships with external vendors, such as towing companies and auction houses, to facilitate asset recovery.

Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Supervise and support the Bankruptcy Specialist through training, performance management, and ongoing guidance.

Manage accounts requiring legal action, including those involving bankruptcy or complex legal concerns.

Prepare and submit necessary legal documentation, including court filings and motions.

Handle personnel responsibilities for direct reports including interviews, performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
