Express Employment is looking for a reliable, organized, and professional Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. This role is essential to the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management: Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally.

Phone & Email Communication: Handle a high volume of incoming phone calls and emails; route messages appropriately.

Mail Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail and packages.

Office Supplies: Monitor inventory and order office and breakroom supplies as needed.

Data Entry: Enter and update information accurately into company databases and systems.

Office Cleanliness: Keep the reception area and common office spaces clean and tidy.

Administrative Support: Perform general office duties and support as assigned by management.
Qualifications:

Prior administrative or receptionist experience preferred (experience in construction or a related industry is a plus).

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
