Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Seasonal Tax Office Assistant to support tax offices during the busy tax season. This role provides administrative and clerical support to tax preparers and office staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and assist with check-in and basic inquiries

Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications

Organize, scan, and file tax documents (paper and electronic)

Enter client information accurately into tax software or internal systems

Assist with assembling tax returns and related documents

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and financial information

Perform general office duties such as copying, mailing, and data entry

Support tax preparers and office staff as needed during peak periods
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Prior office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred

Basic computer skills (email, data entry, document management)
