Job Title: Auto Mechanic (High-Performance)
Location: Yuba City, CA
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time
Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Occasional Saturday's)
Job Summary:
We are seeking Full-Time Mechanic for a local automotive performance and repair shop in Yuba City that specializes in high-performance vehicles, muscle cars, classic cars, and trucks. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about automotive work, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering quality craftsmanship and repair excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles including performance builds, muscle cars, and trucks.

Perform engine repairs, suspension work, brake service, and general maintenance.

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and fuel system issues.

Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure vehicle safety and performance.

Communicate effectively with the team and shop management regarding needed repairs and timelines.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety standards.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as an auto mechanic required.

Strong working knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, suspension, and brakes.

Experience working with high-performance or classic vehicles preferred.

ASE certification preferred (required for higher-level roles).

Must have own tools and a valid driver’s license.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality service.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Compensation & Benefits:
