Concrete Foreman with Hardscaping & Landscaping

?? Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a well-established, award-winning landscaping company in Nevada City to hire an experienced Concrete Foreman with Hardscaping & Landscaping. This is a leadership role for a proven professional looking to join a stable company with long-term opportunities.
Position Overview:
The Concrete Foreman will lead hardscaping and concrete crews while remaining hands-on in the field. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the flexibility to assist with landscaping maintenance and hardscape work such as pavers and retaining walls during downtime.
Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise concrete and hardscaping crews
-
Manage daily job site operations and workflow
-
Perform and oversee concrete flatwork, forming, and finishing
-
Install hardscape features (pavers, retaining walls, walkways, patios)
-
Assist with landscaping maintenance and hardscape work (pavers and retaining walls) during downtime
-
Ensure job quality, safety, and productivity

Coordinate with project managers and operations leadership

Train and mentor crew members
-
Communicate effectively with bilingual crews and leadership
Requirements:
-
3+ years of experience in concrete, hardscaping, and landscaping
-
Foreman or crew leadership experience preferred
-
Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)

Strong job longevity and work history

Ability to read plans and manage job sites

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Strong work ethic and team-first mindset
