Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join a growing real estate team. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for our real estate agents. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective buyers and sellers in a timely manner
- Conduct outbound calls, texts, and emails to nurture and qualify leads
- Build rapport with clients and identify their real estate needs
- Schedule appointments for real estate agents with qualified prospects
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up consistently with leads to move them through the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with agents to ensure a seamless client experience
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Qualifications:
- Previous sales or customer service experience required (real estate experience a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
