Auto Repair Service Advisor
Location: Yuba City
Pay: $20–$23/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Express Employment Professionals is working with a well-known and reputable auto repair company in Yuba City and we are seeking an experienced Auto Repair Service Advisor to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills, automotive knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with vehicle service needs
- Communicate repair recommendations and estimates clearly and professionally
- Coordinate with technicians regarding diagnostics and repair timelines
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate service records
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up throughout the repair process
- Ensure smooth workflow between customers and the service department
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in the automotive industry preferred
- ASE Certification strongly preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair terminology
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Proficient with computer systems and service software
