What You Will Be Doing:
- Taking a lead in active production (CNC, assembly, packaging)
- Keeping operations on schedule and resolving issues as they arise
- Ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are maintained
- Supporting infrastructure development to enable production growth
What We Are Looking For:
- Prior experience in a hands-on production or manufacturing role
- Natural leadership qualities and the desire to grow into higher-level roles
- Working knowledge of production and assembly
