What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead residential retrofit HVAC installations with precision and efficiency
- Interpret blueprints and plans to ensure accurate installations
- Collaborate with a dependable crew and mentor team members
- Deliver excellent customer experiences through quality workmanship
What We Are Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience for entry-level Lead Techs; 5+ years for senior-level Lead Techs
- Strong knowledge of residential retrofit HVAC systems
- Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
