A well-established Fort Collins manufacturing company is seeking a reliable and hands-on Machine Maintenance Technician to support production operations. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
• Use hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and forklifts
• Support production by ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• Industrial or machine maintenance experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical and electrical)
• Knowledge of motors, controls, and automated equipment
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
