What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoices and electronic payments
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare routine reports
- Assist with payroll, support audits, and respond to billing questions
What We’re Looking For
- Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
- Strong QuickBooks Online skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
