What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and process improvements
- Modify and update machine programs to improve efficiency and output
- Install and change machine fixtures based on production needs
- Troubleshoot equipment issues alongside the engineering team
- Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
- Maintain accurate setup, process, and production documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Associate degree in Industrial Engineering or hands-on machine operation experience
- Knowledge of machining processes and manufacturing equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Motivated individual eager to grow into an engineering career
