Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting operations, month-end close, and financial reporting.
- Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, sales tax requirements, and internal controls.
- Prepare financial analyses and recommendations for leadership.
- Coordinate with external accountants and auditors.
- Improve financial processes and reporting systems.
- Supervise and support a small finance team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of accounting, finance, or banking experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance.
- Proficiency in Excel, ADP, Zoho, and Outlook.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
