Sales Managers are the face of the brand – as the first person prospects engage with as prospects consider contracting with the builder to build their dream home.

Typical qualities and duties performed include:

· Highly engaging, and professional relationship building skills with the business maturity to relate and connect with home buyers, real estate agents, and land developers.

· Incentive oriented sales professional.

· Strong communication skills both verbal & written.

· Presentation, negotiation and closing skills.

· Outstanding listening and problem-solving skills.

· Strong personal organizational skills.

· Extensive experience with software and technology.

· Understand new construction financing for new home construction.

· Understand the basics of the home building process.

· Enjoys networking and prospecting.

· Create quality client service, guiding clients throughout the new home sales process.

· Complete accurate and timely contract paperwork.

· Conduct selections meetings with clients for home options.

· Obtain, document, and analyze market data critical to remaining competitive.

· Strong computer skills (CRM & ERP experience a plus).

· Maintain a flexible schedule to meet client needs.

Education/Preferred Experience:

· High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience, college degree preferred.

· 1-2 years experience with construction and new home sales preferred.

· A Real Estate License preferred.

· Any proven track record of sales success.

Estimated 1st year earnings are $90,000. Estimated 2nd year earnings are $180,000, and estimated 3rd year earnings are $270,000.
