Temporary Maintenance Technician (17 - 21/hr)
Express is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a large Gainesville property management company for a temporary opportunity ranging from 2 - 6 weeks depending upon performance.
Position will have the following job duties: installation and replacement of light fixtures, painting, drywall, appliance installation, ceiling fans, garbage disposals, faucets, toilets, mini blinds, caulk, grounds keeping, trash removal and other duties as assigned.
Candidates should have 2 year experience working in an apartment maintenance position, handyman, or other highly corollary position. $17/hr - $21/hr depending upon performance on a maintenance test and any EPA certifications. Candidates should have reliable transportation. Candidates will submit to drug and background screening.
