Job Full Description
We are seeking candidates for seasonal opportunities at various Apartment Complexes in Gainesville to perform tasks associated with Turn Season, the time period where many apartment leases end and new tenants move in.
Duties will include but are not limited to: cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, moving furniture, touch up painting, changing light bulbs, taking out trash, picking up the grounds, and assisting the maintenance staff at the properties. Candidates should be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds as necessary.
Positions start at 17/hr and will work full-time Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm during the assignment. Candidates will submit to drug and background screening.
