Temporary Maintenance Tech (18.00 - 20.00/hr)
Express is seeking a temporary Maintenance Technician for turn season.
Positions will have the following job duties: appliance troubleshooting and repair, installation and replacement of light fixtures, ceiling fans, garbage disposals, faucets, toilets, mini blinds, caulking, drywall repair, furniture moving, and other duties as assigned by management.
Candidate should have 5 years experience working in an apartment maintenance position with appliance repair responsibilities and reliable transportation. Drug Free workplace.
Position works 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday. Expected duration 1 month or longer depending upon business needs.
