CSR (18 - 19/hr to start)
Waste Management company in Gainesville, FL has immediate opening for a customer service representative for their local headquarters.
Position will support field operations and answer customer inquiries in a primarily in-bound call center style environment. Calls will typically include: new account setup, billing inquiries, service inquiries, general inquiries and more.
Duties:
- Professionally greet each caller, obtaining account information for quick account access
- Educate customer on service lines, charges, billing, and contracts
- Serve as a customer advocate working on their behalf to resolve issues
- Present WCA products and services that will meet customer needs
- Provide pricing quotes
- Will be required to meet phone call quality and productivity goals
- Assist in collections of past due accounts
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED, AA or AS degree preferred but not required
- 4 years of call center experience or similar customer service experience. Education will be accepted in lieu of 2 years' experience.
- Capable user of Microsoft Word/Excel
- Great communication skills
- Works well in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Solution oriented- identifies problem and provides solutions quickly and efficiently
- Bilingual Spanish/English is highly preferred
