Job Title: Part-Time Office Assistant
Location: Jonesville, FL 32669
Hours: 25-30 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and organized Office Assistant to support a wealth management office with phone calls, administrative and customer service tasks. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a professional small office environment, has strong attention to detail, and provides excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet and assist clients visiting the office
- Handle basic data entry, filing, scanning, and document management
- Schedule appointments for wealth management team
- Prepare correspondence, forms, and documents as needed
- Process mail and other routine office transactions
Qualifications:
- Previous office experience required
- Must be seeking a long-term part-time opportunity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong computer/technology user
