Job Title: Part-Time Office Assistant
Location: Jonesville, FL 32669
Hours: 25-30 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and organized Office Assistant to support a wealth management office with phone calls, administrative and customer service tasks. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a professional small office environment, has strong attention to detail, and provides excellent customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Greet and assist clients visiting the office
  • Handle basic data entry, filing, scanning, and document management
  • Schedule appointments for wealth management team
  • Prepare correspondence, forms, and documents as needed
  • Process mail and other routine office transactions

Qualifications:

  • Previous office experience required
  • Must be seeking a long-term part-time opportunity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong computer/technology user
  • Highly organized with attention to accuracy and detail
  • Dependable and able to maintain strict client confidentiality
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and enjoy working with clients
