Receptionist/Office Assistant (full-time, 20/hr)
Longstanding Gainesville based company is seeking a Receptionist/Office Assistant to add to their team. Company has been in business for over 60 years and is seeking a reliable associate with a can-do attitude, capable computer user, and accurate data entry skills to join their team.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
- Generating and sending invoices to clients
- Collecting and entering driver data and receipts into the accounting system
- Input invoices and data into the computer/inventory system
- Reviewing and performing data entry of client data
- Assisting in inventory counts at times to confirm stock for client information
- Making bank deposits
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in an office role, preferably in a blue collar environment
- Customer service skills
- Capable computer user with experience Microsoft Word and Excel
- Attitude that is happy to help both clients and coworkers in the accomplishing of business needs
- Capable computer user with strong attention to detail for data entry of client information/order information
- Non-Smoking
- Must be comfortable with a cat in the office
Position will start at 20/hr and work from 8am to 5pm. Comprehensive benefits package.
