Job Full Description
Temp Maintenance Technician (HVAC Experience Required)
Seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician with HVAC experience for a temporary assignment at a residential property undergoing a change in ownership in July. This position will assist with general property maintenance, HVAC troubleshooting and repairs, unit turns, preventive maintenance, and responding to maintenance requests.
Requirements:
- HVAC experience required
- EPA Certification preferred
- Ability to diagnose and perform basic HVAC repairs
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work independently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
This is a temporary position expected to continue through the ownership transition. Position will pay 20/hr and work M-F full-time. Immediate start available pending drug and background screening.
