JOB TITLE: Turn Season Maintenance Technician
PAY: $19.00/hour + Overtime Available
LOCATION: Gainesville, FL

IMMEDIATE OPENINGS - TURN SEASON MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS
Express Employment Professionals is seeking multiple Turn Season Maintenance Technicians to support one of Gainesville's premier apartment communities during their busiest time of the year.
If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in making apartments move-in ready, and are looking for a position with overtime opportunities, we'd like to speak with you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interior and exterior painting
- Key cutting and lock changes
- General apartment maintenance
- Groundskeeping and cleanup
- Trash removal and debris cleanup
- Assist with apartment make-ready projects
- Complete other duties as assigned by the maintenance team
QUALIFICATIONS
? Previous apartment maintenance, construction, painting, or general labor experience preferred
? Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat
? Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
? Dependable with strong attendance
? Team player with a positive attitude
? Basic hand tools are a plus
