Now Hiring: Seasonal Maintenance Technicians
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Seasonal Maintenance Technicians for immediate openings in Gainesville, FL.
These positions are ideal for candidates with apartment maintenance, property maintenance, facilities, construction, or general handyman experience. Assignments start immediately and are expected to run through the end of August.
Pay: $19–$22/hr, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, seasonal

Job Duties May Include:
- General property and apartment maintenance
- Punch-out work and unit turns
- Light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Painting, drywall touch-ups, and repairs
- Grounds or exterior maintenance as needed
- Assisting maintenance teams during busy turn season
Qualified Candidates Should Have:
- Previous maintenance, construction, or handyman experience
- Basic tools preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Ability to start quickly
