We're looking for an energetic Internal Recruiter to join a growing team responsible for hiring top talent for a well-established construction industry employer. If you enjoy connecting with people, filling positions quickly, and working toward measurable goals, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Source candidates using Indeed, databases, and passive recruiting techniques
- Create and manage online job postings
- Contact applicants and conduct initial phone interviews
- Utilize AI-assisted screening tools and structured interview processes
- Prepare candidate summaries and recommend qualified applicants to hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in Paycor ATS
- Help meet hiring goals while delivering an outstanding candidate experience
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
- Staffing agency or corporate recruiting experience preferred
- Skilled trades recruiting experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interviewing skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple openings simultaneously
- Comfortable working toward daily recruiting activity and performance goals
- Proficient with computers and applicant tracking systems
Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
