Schedule: Full-Time

We are growing and seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to build relationships with commercial businesses and help them meet their hiring needs.
Position Overview
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with local businesses that may require staffing support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, meeting decision-makers face-to-face, and offering customized staffing solutions.
You will represent our brand, understand client needs, and work closely with our recruiting team to help businesses access qualified talent quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Visit commercial businesses daily to introduce our staffing services and identify potential hiring needs.

Develop new business opportunities through cold visits, warm follow-ups, networking, and relationship-building.

Conduct on-site client meetings to understand workforce challenges and staffing needs.

Present service offerings and customized staffing solutions to business owners, managers, and HR teams.

Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and track activity in CRM systems.

Collaborate with recruiters to ensure client needs are met with high-quality candidates.

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity and revenue goals.
Qualifications

Previous experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or staffing industry sales strongly preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable meeting new people daily.

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.

Ability to manage a territory, plan daily visits, and track leads effectively.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Knowledge of staffing, HR, or workforce solutions is a plus—but not required.
