Express Employment in Temple Terrace is currently hiring candidates for a Field Patcher for a local company. This position is full-time and has long-term opportunities. You will be responsible for preforming field patching and repair work on precast concrete products.
Job Description:
- Pay rate $19 per hour
- Long term | Full time
- Occasional overnight travel required
- Preform field patching and repair work on precast concrete products
- Prepare surfaces and materials prior to patching
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and company standards
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in good working condition
- Follow all safety procedures and site-specific requirements
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and clients
- Complete required documentation and job reports accurately and on time
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality control and patch repairs
- Concrete construction experience is required
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to speak, read, and comprehend in English
- Recent and relevant work history in the last 6 months
