Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health & Outpatient Care
Location: Pasco County & Pinellas County, FL

About the Role
Express Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to serve patients across Pasco and Pinellas Counties. In this role, you will play a critical part in helping patients restore movement, manage pain, and regain independence in their recovery journey.
We prioritize quality, patient-centered care over rigid visit limits. We utilize a progressive, clinically guided care model where treatment plans typically start with higher frequency (2–3 visits/week for the initial weeks) and taper down (1 visit/week) as the patient achieves their rehabilitation milestones. We support keeping patients under care for as long as clinically indicated to ensure optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive initial physical therapy evaluations and establish customized, goal-oriented plan-of-care programs.

Deliver direct physical therapy interventions, adjusting treatment techniques based on patient progression.

Execute a tapered care plan structure (front-loading visits at 2–3x/week, transitioning to 1x/week) aligned with clinical indicators and patient progress.

Re-evaluate and extend treatment plans when clinically necessary to ensure maximum patient recovery and safety.

Maintain prompt, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.

Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare team members, physicians, and patient families.
Qualifications & Skills

Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT preferred).

Licensure: Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida.

Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR Certification.

Experience: Previous home health, outpatient, or acute rehab experience preferred, but motivated clinicians with strong clinical reasoning are encouraged to apply.

Attributes: Strong clinical assessment skills, independent problem-solving ability, and excellent verbal/written communication skills.

Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance.
