Job Full Description

SUMMARY:

• Perform multiple roles in a manufacturing facility including operating batching & mixing systems, running bagging equipment, assisting with product testing, driving forklift, palletizing bags, labelling product, and other duties. 
• Work with a production team to ensure quality and productivity goals are met or exceeded.
• Work on a shop floor and yard subject to dust, noise concentrations, and temperature changes • Wear proper safety equipment such as hard hat, ear protection, safety boots, safety glasses at all times while inside the plant. Occasionally wear respirator.

Qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Manufacturing experience in related field is preferred. 
• Must be able to read, write, and speak in English and work in a team environment.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to follow recipe which includes understanding basic math skills and measurements. 
• Must have 2 years of previous experience in manufacturing and production.
