Production Supervisor
Pay: $65,000 – $80,000 annually
Overview
Seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, improve efficiency, and ensure safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities

Supervise production staff and ensure safe, efficient operations

Monitor performance and meet production goals

Ensure product quality and proper material handling

Coordinate with maintenance and assist with logistics/warehouse operations

Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or two-year degree in business administration or industrial management, or related discipline or combination of experience and certifications.
- Experience working in similar manufacturing setting.
- Excellent time management skill.
- Strong interpersonal skills for developing good working relationships with employees.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, ability to manage change in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to operate a Lift Truck, Overhead Crane and Forklift is required.
- Proficient in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
