This is NOT just a button-pushing operator role — you’ll actually learn and do:

• • Set up and run injection molding machines
  • Help dial in process parameters for quality production
  • Troubleshoot machine and product issues (not just report them)
  • Perform machine startups, adjustments, and changeovers
  • Inspect parts and make real-time quality decisions
  • Work with maintenance when equipment needs attention
  • Keep production running smoothly with your team

✅ Requirements

• 2+ years manufacturing experience (operator, setup, or technician)

• Mechanically inclined

• Basic computer skills

⭐ Preferred

• Injection/blow molding experience

• Troubleshooting or setup experience

---

💪 Physical

• Stand most of shift

• Lift up to 10 lbs (more with assistance)
