Job Full Description
Express Employment is seeking a phone bank customer service representative to help in the Elections phone bank leading up to, and during, Election Day. Job duties include:
- Answering multiple phone lines and assisting with public inquiries and questions
- Verifying public information
- Providing accurate polling and registration information
- Providing resources for other information inquiries
- Adhering to established departmental policy and law governing elections
- Providing support and back up to elections specialist, including other admin tasks
- May assist voters with registration and other duties as requested
Requirements:
- Ability to type 40 wpm+
- Proficiency with operating a computer, including MS Office
- Ability to operate multiple phone lines
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
Other details:
- Pay rate is $14/hr.
- Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Position is temporary, going through November election
