Job Full Description
Express Employment is seeking a part-time retail store associate for a pickleball company! Job duties include:
- Assisting customers in selecting the right pickleball gear for their needs
- Processing sales
- Providing excellent in-store experiences and maintaining a welcoming store environment
- Conducting product demonstrations or beginner training sessions
- Assisting with restocking, inventory tracking, merchandising, and keeping the store organized
- Participating in events, including community events, promotions, and pickleball clinics
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of and passion for pickleball is a must!
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Experience playing, coaching, or teaching is a plus
Other Details:
- Pay rate is $18-20/hr. DOE
- Two part-time schedules available, either working ~30 hours per week or ~20 hours per week
- Schedule will be within store hours of Monday-Friday 10am-7pm, Saturday 9am-7pm, and Sunday 10am-5pm (store hours are subject to change)
- Position is temp to hire
