**Would you like to work for a well-known utility provider in Idaho? Do you have an Engineering background and enjoy managing projects?**
Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Project Manager for an Engineering department!
Pay: $75/hr
Schedule: M-F from 8am to 5pm, starting now and going through the end of November
Job Summary:
• Plans and leads projects, significant complex assignments, and technical investigations
• Acts as a liaison between other departments and organizations
• Evaluates progress and results, recommending changes in procedures
• Exercises considerable latitude and technical judgment in decision-making and independent action
• Responsible for budgeting, financial accountability, and timelines on projects
• Utilizes industry- and discipline-related knowledge to interpret and comply with regulations as required by NERC, FERC, WECC, EPA, NESC, OSHA, FCC, etc.
• Plan, design, configuration, analysis and operation of utility fiber, microwave, power-line carrier, mobile radio, multi-point radio and satellite systems including network and firmware management.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of Engineering experience
- Extensive knowledge of Engineering Principles, Utilities, Utility Office Environment, RF Modeling, Design Tools, Network Routing Protocols such as MPLS, ISIS, & BGP, Operating Test Equipment
- Ability to analyze data and draft written and oral reports
