Job Full Description

We are seeking experienced line cooks with at least 3 years of experience. 

Duties include: 

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion guidelines, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, reporting any malfunctions to management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely preparation and smooth kitchen operations during service.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and labeling procedures to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
