Job Full Description
Express Employment is seeking a contract administrator for a specialty contractor. Job duties include:
- Conducting new employee orientation
- Filing both paper and electronic files
- Assisting with payroll process and accounts payable
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Processing travel and expense requests
- Assisting in customer billing and collection of past due accounts
- Assisting in contract management, including contracts, insurance, etc.
- Assisting and providing support to Branch Manager, Project Managers and Estimators as needed
- Responding to incoming callers with excellent customer service skills
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as office manager or accounting manager
- Experience with accounts payable and payroll is a must
- Ability to work in team environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
Other details:
- Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Pay rate is $22-26/hr. DOE
- Position is temp to hire
