Job Title: Warehouse Technician (Construction Experience Required)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician with construction experience to support warehouse operations and parts projects. This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, and distributing construction materials, operating forklifts and other equipment, and assisting with job site preparation and logistics. The ideal candidate has hands-on construction knowledge, understands building materials, and values safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming construction materials and supplies

Load and unload trucks using forklift and other warehouse equipment

Use grinder, buffer, and sander to prepare products for shipment

Pick and stage materials for transportation

Operate forklift, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and OSHA compliant

Assist with tool tracking, equipment maintenance, and material returns
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications

2+ years of warehouse experience

Construction industry experience required (knowledge of building materials, tools, and job site workflow)

Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain)

Ability to read purchase orders, packing slips, and work orders

Basic computer skills for inventory systems

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the shift

Comfortable working in warehouse and outdoor environments

Ability to work in varying weather conditions when assisting job sites
