Title & Type: Property Maintenance Technician, Temporary that may become eval to hire
Pay: $23/hr
Schedule: Full time, M-F 8am-5pm plus on-call as required for emergency maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on property systems.
- Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components.
- Assist with landscaping, snow removal, and exterior maintenance as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain records of work completed and materials used.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license
- May require occasional evening or weekend work, as well as lifting and use of hand/power tools.
