Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a part-time receptionist. Job duties include:
- Creating a warm, welcoming first impression for all customers, clients, and guests in person and over the phone
- Greeting and helping customers and guests as they walk through the door
- Answering a high volume of telephone calls, screening the calls, and transferring the call to the appropriate person as needed
- Scheduling appointments for team
- Assisting with other duties as needed
Ideal candidate will be:
- A team player
- Extremely customer service oriented and friendly with a desire to help people
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Flexible and eager to learn
Other details:
- Schedule is Thursday, 1pm-5pm and Friday, 8am-5pm
- Pay rate is $18/hr.
- Position is seasonal and expected to go until August
