Schedule:
Schedule varies from week to week. Must have reliable transportation and flexibility within their week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare apartments for move in
- Deep cleaning apartments: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms & windows
- Performing other related duties as required
EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
- One (1) year custodial/cleaning experience
Essential Physical Abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Sufficient body flexibility and balance to perform cleaning and maintenance operations which require repeated bending and stooping motions.
